Well, I don’t know if it was John Romaniello who took the pictures… I recommend him to take a Photography Training Course or just hire someone who knows to take good pictures. Perhaps I’m exaggerating… But I’m a photo freak! Some of the photos are just blurred…  Even though the Exercise Library is extremely useful as you have the photo sequence of exercise together with a written step-by-step instruction that you can bring with you when working out at the gym. In the last page of this document you can find several links to upper body, lower body, abdominal and combination exercises videos.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE PRODUCT?

In order to begin with the Final Phase Fat Loss Program you must have the right mind-set… If you want to lose weight and not workout or follow a nutrition plan, just forget it… this is not the program for you! Neither any other plan… So the first thing you should do is commit yourself to work hard and meet your goals.
